Bad Weather

April 13, 2007 jeansdream

I avoid driving in winter – too afraid of the snow and ice.  Yup, don’t ask how I survive Canada.  🙂

Perhaps because we had a colder Easter than Christmas this year that we actually had snow these days, my dream last night was about “weather”.

I was in a group singing practice.  The group was getting ready for a performance.  The practice was in a house.  (I used to be in a singing group where the lead couples broke up recently.  Very sad.  The couple has three kids (teens now).  Not the first time I saw them together in dreams…)  The lead couple and their family were in the practice as well.  Oh, they were back together, I thought.

When it’s time for the technicians to pack equipment, I took a break  🙂 .  The eldest son was standing by the window.  It had a pine wood pole (like a light pole without the light) in front of the window.  We were both staring up at it.  I saw white dense (actually grey) clouds and “bubbles” forming beyond the end of the pole and they seemed to be progressing down…  The next second, I grabbed the eldest son and moved away from the window at 9.77 sec  speed ..  that thing turned into a water tornado and stroke down towards the window!!  Wow – that was so close!   Then the weather had turned very bad.  I saw super dark cloud surging / spreading out like many other tornadoes would be formed any second.  Then all others in the house were trying to escape – fast.  The tornadoes came through the windows, doors and ceilings.  The house was a mess but no one was hurt.

If you like singing groups (and it sounds like you enjoyed being part of one), take a listen to the feed at April 15 afternoon. It’s stuffed with great sounds!
